Aman Kabra, Ph.D.

I study how people make decisions — as an individual, as a team, and as a multiteam system.

I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Oklahoma State. I completed my Ph.D. at Penn State, advised by Stephen E. Humphrey.

I chase this question with whatever quant methods the problem demands — experiments, field studies, computational models, natural language processing, and network analysis.

I came to organizational behavior from operations — health care operations research at the Indian School of Business, an edtech startup, and global ad campaigns at InMobi.
